Checking in and checking out.

You can check in at any time from 2.00 pm and up to 10.00 pm. However, if you wish to arrive early so as to make the most of your day, you can deposit your luggage with us while we are still getting your room ready. If you do not wish to arrive before 10.00 pm or are unable to do so, we need to be notified in advance. Rooms must be vacated before 11.00 am on the day of departure. Of course you can again leave your luggage with us if that is convenient.

Reservation and guarantee.

Our staff will offer you a choice of room in response to your enquiry. When you make a firm booking by giving us the number of your credit card, we will confirm the reservation. Your credit card number will only be used as a guarantee rather than to effect payment. If you fail to cancel the reservation at least 48 hours in advance, the amount due for the first night will be charged to your card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Amex, Postcard and EC-Direct. Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
